Receptionist/Cashier – Tiếp Tân/Thu Ngân Khoa

* Customer Service
- Welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer basic inquiries and refer complex ones to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a polite, calm, and helpful attitude at all times.
* Telephone Handling
- Promptly transfer calls to the correct person or department.
- Deliver messages accurately and efficiently.
Complaint Handling
- Listen actively and assist in resolving minor complaints.
- Refer serious concerns to the appropriate manager with accurate reporting.
* Cashiering (Main Focus)
- Receive and verify cash float at the start of the shift.
- Always keep the cash drawer attended or locked when not in use.
- Keep cash visible to the patient during the transaction; only store it once the transaction is complete.
- Deliver the safety box directly to the chief cashier—no detours.
- Ensure high accuracy, honesty, and caution when handling money.
- Be familiar with membership benefits and apply discounts properly.
- Understand insurance and corporate billing policies.

* Qualification:
- University degree.
* Experience:
- A background in accounting is an advantage.
* Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of cash float management and cash control.
- Familiarity with credit card settlement procedures.
- Ability to detect counterfeit money.
- Well-mannered, neat appearance.
- Respectful and approachable demeanor.
- Team player, dynamic, diligent, and detail-oriented.
- Well-organized and committed to customer service and patient-centered care.
- Clear communication skills in Vietnamese (both face-to-face and by phone).
- Able to resolve problems and handle patient complaints effectively.
- Precise, careful, and orderly in work.
* Foreign Language:
- Fluent in English.
* Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work night shifts. (MUST)
