Create/disable wings account for newcomer. Support end users all issue relate wings system. Make query from user request. Report to IT leader/IT manager Manage and update document related with IT operation correctly following with company policy, ISMS.J-Sox. Performing related tasks according to the assignment of IT Leader .

Bachelor's degree in IT. Good at communication skills, agile. Good at teamwork skills. Effective problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently. Able to use English at work (Basic communication skills) Understanding of MS SQL systems. Have knowledge about databases.
