Trưởng Phòng Xuất Nhập Khẩu

- Manage all import and export activities in compliance with customs regulations and EPE requirements. 

- Coordinate international and domestic transportation, shipment bookings, and freight forwarding activities. 

- Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods to support production schedules and customer commitments. 

- Oversee customs clearance, import-export documentation, HS code classification, and Certificate of Origin (C/O) applications. 

- Ensure compliance with trade regulations, customs audits, and government reporting requirements. Monitor logistics costs and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness. 

- Develop, standardize, and improve logistics processes, controls, and performance KPIs. 

- Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, customs authorities, and other logistics service providers. 

- Lead, coach, and develop the Logistics team to achieve high performance and operational excellence. 

- Collaborate closely with Planning, Purchasing, Production, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations. 

* Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết:

- At least 5 years of experience in logistics and import-export management, preferably in a Garment EPE

- Good command of English, both written and spoken

- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, trade compliance, and international transportation.

- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
