Waterco Group, a global leader in pool & spa sanitation solutions, is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager - UX & Business Development to join our expanding team in Vietnam!

* Your Role:

- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with clients.

- Utilize technical expertise to optimize water treatment programs and solve customer challenges.

- Analyze systems, interpret data, and provide optimal recommendations.

- Bridge internal (R&D and engineering) and external (customers) stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, innovation, sales growth, and customer value.

* Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết:

* Must Have:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.

- Proven sales experience with a target-oriented mindset.

- Willingness to travel locally and internationally.

- 3-5 years of experience in Assistant Manager - UX & Business Development

or Field Sales Support.

- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Commitment to customer service and teamwork.

* Nice to Have:

- Multilingual abilities.

- Knowledge of the water treatment, pump industry or pool & spa industry.
