Mô tả công việc
- Shop Floor & Operations Management: Manage the daily shop floor operations, organize all shift workers, and maintain maximum production efficiency and fabric quality.
- Waste Control: Closely monitor, follow up, and implement measures to keep material and production waste at a strict minimum.
- Data Tracking: Analyze the daily performance, yarn breakages, fabric inspection reports and take necessary actions accordingly
- Planning: Follow the production plan given by Planning Department and ensure that the production is matching with the plan

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma majoring in Textile Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in textile machinery or weaving operations is preferred, but highly motivated Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Language: Fluency in English is a must (written and spoken) to report directly to our Expat Weaving Manager.
