开发越南本地市场，寻找潜在客户，维护现有客户关系。

协助处理日常行政、商务谈判及合同签订事宜。

Perform Chinese-Vietnamese document translation, interpret directly at the construction site/factory.

Develop the market, find leads, and take care of existing customers.

Assist in handling administrative tasks, commercial negotiations and contract signing.

* Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết:

中文听说读写流利(HSK 5级以上或同等水平),能作为工作语言。

有1-3年以上相关工作经验，熟悉建筑/建材行业词汇者优先。

熟练使用办公软件，工作认真负责，能承受一定工作压力。

Fluent in listening, speaking, and writing Chinese (HSK 5 or higher), proficient in use at work.

Have 1-3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably candidates who know the vocabulary of construction/building materials.

Proficient in office informatics, hardworking, withstanding work pressure.
