IT Support/ IT Officer - Working in Ho Chi Minh Office

• At least one year of experience in a similar IT Support role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.

• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.

• Solid understanding of IT systems and services, including networking, hardware, and software.

• Microsoft 365 Administration

1. JOB REQUIREMENT

• 1 years of experience in IT Operations, Microsoft 365 Administration, or Digital Workplace environments.

Hands-on experience with one or more Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, or Power BI.

• Familiarity with AI solutions, Microsoft Copilot, automation tools, or low-code/no-code platforms is a strong advantage.

• Good command of English communication, with the ability to work with global teams, vendors, and technical documentation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvements.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and responsible, with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to manage tasks independently.

• Good teamwork and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different business functions.

2. MORE INFORMATION

* Probationary period: 2 months with fully-paid salary 

* Training opportunities: Internal training & Professional Center training (either domestic or overseas)

* Working time: Mondays - Fridays (7:45AM - 4:45PM ) & Saturdays (8:30AM- 12:00PM)
