Industrial Engineer

- Responsible for promoting factory efficiency improvement, and able to independently complete assembly line balance analysis, process improvement, on-site improvement, etc.

- Line layout, small-scale layout changes and improvements, CELL LINE based on production capacity planning, planning and design responsible for visual management of the production workshop;

- Evaluate product standard working hours and production capacity, and prepare individual process SOP;

- Optimize the design of tooling fixtures and table frames in the workshop.

- Promotion of 5S activities in the factory

- College degree or above, ability to read and write in English, and able to independently complete work related to the manufacturing process.

- Those with more than two years of experience in manufacturing industrial engineering and understanding of lean production.

- Be proactive, responsible, and have a certain ability to withstand pressure;

- Priority is given to candidates who can communicate in English or Chinese.
