IE/GSD Staff

- Develop production formulas for sweater products based on technical documents, drawings, or customer requirements.

- Calculate yarn consumption, gauge, density, and stitch counts to ensure the product meets standards for fit, size specifications, and quality.

- Use specialized software or other related programs to create formulas and check samples (training will be provided if necessary).

- Coordinate with design, technical, and production departments in sample development and formula improvements.

- Monitor, analyze, and adjust formulas when there are changes in yarn, machinery, or customer requirements.

- Support the sample room in developing new products, ensuring production feasibility and optimizing material usage.

- Maintain and manage formula data and samples according to internal procedures to ensure accuracy and easy retrieval.

* Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết:

- College/University degree in Textile & Garment Technology, Fashion Design, or related fields.

- At least 1–2 years of experience as a Formula Technician in the textile/garment industry.

- Knowledge of knitwear structures, gauge, yarns, and technical specifications of export sweater products.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with related departments.

- Good communication skills in English.

- Communicate in Chinese is a PLUS.
