CHIEF ACCOUNTANT (KẾ TOÁN TRƯỞNG)

• · Organize, manage, and supervise all activities of the Accounting Department.
• · Control and oversee bookkeeping and accounting records to ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal regulations.
• · Review tax reports and prepare financial statements and periodic settlement reports.
• · Manage and balance the company’s budget.
• · Work directly with government authorities, banks, and independent auditors.
• · Prepare and explain VAT refund dossiers.
• · Recruit and train accounting staff to improve work efficiency.
• · Advise the Board of Directors on financial and accounting matters, potential risks, and preventive solutions.
• · Perform other tasks as assigned by Top Manager.

* Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết:

• · Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related fields.
• · Chief Accountant Certificate (APC or CPA preferred).
• · At least 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant or in an equivalent position at manufacturing (FDI) companies.
• · Strong knowledge of tax, accounting, and financial regulations.
• · Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
• · Basic English skills (can read and write documents in English, basic communication).
• · Strong management, planning, data analysis, and reporting skills.
• · Careful, honest, and highly responsible.
